What is Project Nintendo?

Project Nintendo is inspired by 6.5.0. Tunes.
It turns mono NES songs into full stereo NES songs.
That is why, out of respect for his work, you will not find any albums he allready did.
You can find his albums at:

Who am I?

Hello, I'm Wesley "The Wez" Huylebroeck, born in Belgium, in a city called Wetteren on December 26th 1981. I've heard of 6.5.0. Tunes, listened to his albums, and his work was so great he inspired me to do the same. I'm all self thought when it comes to computers, and I try to do as much different things on a computer as possible and what I'm capable of doing.
For the time being I love doing this project called Project Nintendo, and to make stereo music of those mono NES music. Project Nintendo is the same as 6.5.0. Tunes in a way as it inspired me.
Well, I hope you enjoy the music, and I will try to make as much albums as possible, and who knows what the future brings...

What programs do you use to make the stereo sound?

It is a combination of WinAmp and the NSF plug-in called "NotSo Fatso".
This NSF plug-in gives the channels the ability to seperate or invert, allowing for a simple stereo effect.
I also use Audacity to cut all the tracks in seperate tracks.

How do you convert the NSF files to MP3?

Using WinAmp and the plug-in tool called file writer, I am able to output any audio from WinAmp to a WAV file.
It's more complex than that though, because NSF is one file and in order to get the individual songs the WAV must be edited. That is what Audacity is mainly used for. Once I have the complete, satisfactory WAV file, I use a CDex and convert it to MP3 and also normalize it to 98% with a bitrate of 192 Kb/Sec.

How or where can I make request?

You can email me at: probotector1981@gmail.com In the topic you add: Request, and which album you want.
